Associate Director – Cyber Security

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director in Cyber Security to join our Tech Hub in Tel Aviv. This senior leadership position combines deep cyber expertise with strategic advisory, client leadership, and people management in a global consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, high‑impact cyber security and information security consulting engagements for global clients.
• Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership, including CIOs, CISOs, and Boards.
• Shape and develop the firm’s cyber capabilities, including methodologies and thought leadership.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high‑performing consulting team.
• Travel internationally as required to support client projects.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in cyber security and information security, preferably in senior or leadership roles.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders; consulting or advisory background is a strong advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with deep professional credibility.
• Academic degree required (advanced degree is an advantage).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with potential for progression into senior management.
