Airline Key Account Manager – Travel Trade (Ramat Gan)

About the role

TAL Aviation Israel is seeking a dynamic Airline Key Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between a foreign multinational airline and the Israeli travel trade. Based in Ramat Gan, you will drive market development, strengthen partner relationships, and boost revenue through targeted B2B and B2B2C initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the airline and the Israeli travel trade.
• Map the travel trade landscape and analyse market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, building strong relationships with key partners and clients.
• Manage B2B and B2B2C campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive revenue.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance and achievement reports.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Deliver engaging trainings and presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience with airlines, GSA’s or travel companies.
• Familiarity with the Israeli travel trade and passenger aviation sectors.
• Strong sales, business development and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Proficiency in B2B sales and marketing strategies.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to conduct data analysis and market research.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Hebrew; Spanish is a plus.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
