Air Operations Coordinator

About the role

As an Air Operations Coordinator you will manage end‑to‑end air freight movements for both imports and exports, acting as the main liaison between customers, carriers and Maersk offices worldwide. Based at the Tel Aviv Airport office, you will ensure smooth execution of shipments while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle export and import air shipments from booking to delivery.
• Maintain relationships with customers, terminals, destination offices, carriers and suppliers.
• Execute carrier booking transactions, monitor progress and manage billing.
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in import/export airfreight operations.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive phone presence.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and high responsibility.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
