AI Organic Growth Manager (GEO & SEO)

About the role

Papaya Global is seeking a highly skilled AI Organic Growth Manager to own the GEO and SEO strategy for its global B2B platform. The role blends traditional SEO, entity optimization, structured data, and AI‑search visibility, working closely with developers, content creators and marketing leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the GEO/SEO roadmap to drive measurable growth in organic visibility and lead generation.
• Develop and execute strategies for traditional SEO, entity optimization, structured data, and AI‑search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits (site health, speed, security) and coordinate implementation with developers.
• Manage the marketing website roadmap, prioritize development resources, and ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user experience.
• Publish and manage website content via WordPress and other CMS platforms as needed.
• Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to improve visitor‑to‑lead performance.
• Track and analyze KPIs including organic traffic growth, keyword/entity rankings, AI‑search presence and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in international/technical SEO with measurable B2B impact.
• Demonstrated expertise in AEO/GEO, entity SEO, structured data and AI‑driven search.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on SEO performance using Excel/Sheets or BI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross‑functionally and communicate technical recommendations to non‑technical stakeholders.
