AI-Native Mobile Engineer – Deployment Platform

About the role

Join Augury’s Deployment Platform team to build the mobile application that brings industrial AI directly to field technicians, partners, and customers. As an AI‑Native Mobile Engineer you will work primarily with Flutter while also leveraging native iOS and Android code when needed, shaping the next generation of agentic installation experiences on the factory floor.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality cross‑platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using Flutter/Dart.
• Lead the creation of agentic‑first workflows that integrate large language models (Azure OpenAI, Gemini) to guide technicians and automate decisions.
• Implement complex IoT and hardware integration features such as NFC provisioning, AR tools, and indoor positioning/navigation.
• Contribute to backend and frontend services/APIs to ensure seamless end‑to‑end feature delivery.
• Architect and maintain a scalable, modular monorepo with robust state management (BLoC/RxDart) and comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver adaptive, RTL‑aware UI/UX.

Required profile

• Agentic‑first mindset with proven experience using AI‑enhancement tools (Claude, Cursor, Gemini).
• 5+ years of mobile development experience, strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart and native iOS/Android.
• Comfortable contributing across the full stack to own feature delivery from front‑end to back‑end.
• Demonstrated ability to write high‑quality, testable Dart code and work with RTL layouts.
