AI Engineer

About the role

ProdActive is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation in the healthcare and med‑tech sectors. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Design scalable machine learning pipelines and frameworks.
• Implement AI/ML capabilities across the organization through training, best practices, and validation.
• Conduct research and stay current with the latest AI advancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements, roadmaps, and timelines.
• Ensure effective execution of AI research, statistics, and data collection.
• Continuously optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Communicate technical concepts and insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s/PhD is a plus).
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI models in real‑world applications, preferably in the medical field.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models, linear algebra, and probability.

Required skills

• Programming: Python, R, Java, C++.
• Machine‑learning libraries: Scikit‑learn, SciPy, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, Keras.
• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
