אודות התפקיד
התפקיד במחלקה האחראית על הבקרה הפנימית על הדיווח הכספי של חברת החשמל. כולל מיפוי תהליכים עסקיים, תכנון והערכת סיכונים, ובניית מערך בקרות אפקטיביות. העבודה מתבצעת בצוות דינמי ובסביבה משתנה.
אחריות מרכזית
- מיפוי תהליכים עסקיים בהיבטי הדוח הכספי של החברה.
- תכנון וביצוע הערכת סיכונים.
- בניית מערך בקרות אפקטיביים.
- עבודה מול גורמי פנים וחוץ ארגוניים.
- שיתוף פעולה בצוות בסביבה דינאמית מרובת שינויים.
פרופיל נדרש
- בוגר/ת תואר ראשון בכלכלה, מנהל עסקים או חשבונאות.
- רישיון ראיית חשבון.
- שליטה בעברית ברמת שפת אם ובאנגלית ברמה טובה.
- יכולת עבודה בתנאי לחץ ותודעת שירות גבוהה.
