Corporate Controller

About the role

proteanTecs is seeking a senior Corporate Controller to strengthen its finance organization as the company scales. This hands‑on position blends deep technical accounting expertise with a solid understanding of venture‑backed technology businesses. You will work closely with the CFO, act as a strategic partner, and own key finance processes in NetSuite.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve core finance operations, including month‑end close, reporting, and compliance.
• Own revenue recognition under US GAAP and defend positions during audits.
• Analyze customer Net Revenue Retention (NRR) trends and communicate their impact on company valuation.
• Partner with finance leadership to design scalable systems and controls.
• Provide technical accounting guidance across the organization.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and reporting.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, venture‑backed environments.
• Strong judgment on financial matters and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel between Haifa and Tel Aviv sites.

Required skills

• NetSuite (ERP) implementation and daily use.
• US GAAP revenue recognition.
