Account Executive, High-Tech Israel

About the role

Gartner is hiring a field-based, direct sales Account Executive in Herzliya, Israel, focused on the high-tech market. The role covers both client retention and growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services, consulting with C-level executives to build an enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value of Gartner's offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction, retention and account growth
• Own a quota of $800,000+ of contract value across a territory of major client accounts
• Apply and consistently execute Gartner's sales methodology
• Plan accounts and manage the territory
• Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Maintain competitive knowledge and stay up to date on Gartner's products and services

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience in proven consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software or consultative environment), with documented prior sales success
• Experience building strong client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
• Intellect, drive, executive presence and sales acumen
• Bachelor's or master's degree (desired)
• High level of Hebrew and English, required

• Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and services
