Account Development Representative I (Italy/Israel)

About the role

Camunda is expanding its Account Development Representative team and seeks an Italian or Hebrew‑speaking Associate ADR for the Mediterranean region. The role focuses on building a high‑quality sales pipeline and influencing the sales development function with fresh ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound leads for the assigned territory and keep Salesforce data clean.
• Create and prioritize target account lists within the territory.
• Identify and generate outbound opportunities.
• Qualify prospects for enterprise interest and coordinate sales qualification with Account Executives.

Required profile

• Fluency in Italian or Hebrew.
• Proven track record of success in a sales or lead‑generation role.
• Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and strong comprehension.
• Willingness to learn and use Camunda’s product.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
