Wine Consultant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

As a Wine Consultant at Club Med Resorts you will be the face of our premium wine and spirits service, welcoming guests across a variety of restaurants, bars and tasting cellars. You will create memorable experiences by advising and serving wines à la carte, by the glass, and prestige spirits while supporting the resort’s overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and serve guests, delivering personalized wine recommendations.
• Sell and serve wines and spirits in restaurants, bars and tasting rooms.
• Manage inventory, replenishment and conservation for 600‑1000 guests.
• Train restaurant and bar teams on wine sales and service techniques.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health, safety and heritage standards.
• Develop additional sales initiatives and help optimise departmental financial results.
