User Acquisition Manager – Full‑stack Paid Media

About the role

We are building a brand‑new User Acquisition function from the ground up and need the first manager to own the end‑to‑end paid‑media stack. You will be responsible for designing, launching and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Taboola, creating the playbooks that will guide the team as we grow.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and manage the full campaign lifecycle on Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Taboola.
• Lead the creative loop: brief creatives, analyse performance, and launch iterative tests.
• Develop funnel strategies, including landing‑page sequencing and post‑click optimisation.
• Monitor traffic quality, detect fraud and ensure high‑quality native inventory.
• Establish a rigorous testing cadence for creative, audience and landing‑page hypotheses.
• Produce clear, insight‑driven reports that cut through noise and inform strategy.
• Create and document playbooks and processes from scratch.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of hands‑on paid‑campaign management with full ownership of results.
• Experience in aggregator or affiliate models with a strong grasp of CPL/CPA economics.
• Fluency in Meta advertising; experience with TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Taboola is a strong plus.
• Data‑driven mindset: comfortable pulling data with Excel/Sheets, BI tools, SQL or MCP‑based queries.
• Understanding of incrementality versus attribution and ability to separate real lift from noise.
• Regular use of AI tools for test design, creative briefing, reporting and lightweight automation.
