Technical Recruiter – Hybrid (Kfar Saba)

About the role

Yael Group is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join its professional and energetic recruitment team at the Kfar Saba headquarters. This hybrid position offers the chance to transition into tech recruiting, even without prior experience in the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technology‑focused positions.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone and in‑person interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate closely with internal hiring managers and external partners throughout the hiring cycle.
• Leverage social platforms and innovative sourcing channels to attract top talent.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Work as part of a supportive recruitment team, sharing best practices and insights.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment (Coordinator, Sourcer, or Recruiter).
• Experience in tech recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• High motivation, curiosity, and a genuine passion for recruitment.
