About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, guiding hiring managers and delivering a positive experience for every candidate. Based in Kfar Saba, you will help bring the right talent to the organization at the right time, supporting both local and global hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment, providing timely, value‑adding advice to hiring managers.
• Create professional, positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Apply market insight to shape sourcing, assessment, and selection while championing inclusive hiring.
• Safeguard data integrity and compliance with GDPR and local employment laws.
• Propose improvements based on stakeholder collaboration and external best practices.
• Support global talent acquisition initiatives and projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 2 years handling end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Expertise with advanced sourcing tools and strong proficiency in behavioural interviewing.
• Knowledge of GDPR and relevant local employment and data‑protection regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and credibility to build trust in a matrix, virtual team environment.
• Confidence using technology and data to support and improve recruitment processes.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
