Technical Assistant to Executive VP

About the role

Mobileye is seeking a proactive Technical Assistant to support its Executive Vice President. The role blends high‑level administrative duties with technical project insight, helping drive execution across R&D initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings, ensuring timely delivery.
• Understand and help scope tasks beyond administrative execution, identifying requirements for successful outcomes.
• Document meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and maintain clarity of priorities and next steps.
• Prepare materials for executive presentations and internal communications.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across the organization and proactively suggest solutions.
• Maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Act as a key support partner to the EVP, helping drive execution across R&D domains.
• Manage and maintain the EVP’s presence on relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
• 2‑5 years of experience as a technical project manager in an R&D environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; detail‑oriented and structured.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• High emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional presence.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities and business awareness.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and a fast learner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
