Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Sunflower is a fast‑growing B2C gaming startup looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and the talent team to attract high‑quality candidates and ensure a smooth, transparent hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct phone and video interviews, assess candidates against role requirements, and provide clear recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and drive the recruitment process forward.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process and ensure a professional experience.
• Keep candidate data and recruitment activity up‑to‑date in the ATS.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably in tech, gaming, startups or high‑growth companies.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment end‑to‑end, from sourcing to offer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle multiple roles and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
