Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

LTS is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join its Israel team. The role supports supplier qualification, monitoring, and quality activities for GMP manufacturing and cleanroom operations. It is a permanent, full‑time position with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Support supplier qualification, monitoring, documentation review, quality agreements and change notifications.
• Assist with supplier‑related non‑conformances and SCARs, including investigations, corrective actions and closure.
• Participate in supplier audit preparation, findings documentation, response follow‑up and action tracking.
• Provide QA support for GMP manufacturing events, deviations, NCMRs and related documentation.
• Support cleanroom quality activities such as environmental monitoring, contamination control, excursions and microbial sampling.
• Review SOPs, protocols, reports, GMP records, ECOs, supplier documents and validation‑related documents under guidance.
• Collect and summarize supplier and QA operational data, including performance metrics, audit findings and cleanroom trends.
• Assist internal, customer, regulatory and supplier audits by preparing objective evidence and tracking actions.

Required profile

• BSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in supplier quality, QA operations, quality engineering or GMP manufacturing support within medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
• Previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Relevant certifications (CMQ, CQE, CQA, ASQ, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
