Clinical Trial Assistant 2 - Sponsor Dedicated

About the role

IQVIA's Clinical Functional Service Partnership (CFSP) offers embedded members of a dedicated sponsor team the variety of sponsor-level exposure and the stability of a global career. As a Clinical Trial Assistant 2 in Israel, you will gain hands-on exposure to real study operations, learn alongside experienced CRAs and Project Managers, and build a foundation for future clinical research roles.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Trial Master Files (TMF) and study documentation, and support document preparation, filing, tracking and archiving.
• Review study files for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate clinical trial supplies and tracking records.
• Assist with CRF tracking, study queries and data workflows.
• Act as a key contact for project communications and documentation.
• Guide and mentor Clinical Trial Assistants, supporting onboarding, training and knowledge sharing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical trial processes, possibly leading CTA study teams and contributing to recruitment.
• Support departmental quality and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for clinical research and healthcare.
• Science degree preferred.
• Advanced Hebrew and English.
• At least 1 year of clinical trials support experience.
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
