Structures and Tax Expert

About the role

SMARTGEN is seeking a Structures and Tax Expert to design and implement private‑wealth structures for high‑net‑worth individuals. You will focus on tax architecture, asset structuring and governance of Israeli entities and trusts, working closely with senior leadership and relationship managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in private‑wealth structuring, international tax considerations and governance of Israeli entities and trusts.
• Design tax‑efficient wealth structures for HNWI clients, including Israeli companies, trusts and holding structures, taking residency, asset profile and cross‑border implications into account.
• Collaborate with clients and relationship managers to explain structuring strategies, tax implications and governance aspects.
• Coordinate implementation and ongoing monitoring of approved structures, liaising with external legal and tax advisors and reviewing key documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in corporate structuring, private‑client advisory or boutique legal environments.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli corporate frameworks and private‑wealth structures.
• Proven ability to work with external advisors and translate advice into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex tax and structuring concepts.
• Fluent in Russian and English; Hebrew at Ulpan B level or higher.
