CPA – Audit Department (Netanya)

About the role

GRD Finance is seeking a qualified CPA to join its Audit Department in Netanya. You will work in a young, collaborative environment, handling audit processes for a diverse portfolio of private companies across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits of financial statements for private companies.
• Review balance sheets, profit and loss statements, reconciliations, and accounting balances.
• Prepare working papers, audit documentation, and accounting analyses.
• Address accounting and tax‑related issues in line with applicable standards.
• Support financial and accounting processes according to audit and accounting regulations.
• Collaborate closely with department managers and firm partners.

Required profile

• CPA certification completed after an accounting internship (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on auditing experience with private companies.
• Strong familiarity with financial statements, working papers, and audit processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and maintain high accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
