SOC Team Lead – Cyber Security Operations Center

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SOC Analyst to step into a leadership position as the SOC Team Lead for our Cyber Security Operations Center in Dimona. This role offers a clear path for growth, allowing you to guide a team while continuing to work hands‑on with security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SOC Analysts, assigning daily tasks and ensuring coverage.
• Oversee day‑to‑day SOC operations, including monitoring, investigation, and response to security incidents.
• Handle complex security events, escalations, and coordinate with other technology teams.
• Utilize SIEM platforms and other security tools to detect and respond to threats.
• Drive continuous improvement of detection rules, response processes, and overall SOC efficiency.

Required profile

• Approximately three years of hands‑on experience in a SOC environment.
• Proven ability to monitor, investigate, and respond to cyber security incidents.
• Strong analytical mindset with a motivation to move into a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SIEM platforms.
• Familiarity with various security tools used for detection and response.
