Senior Product Designer

About the role

Apono, now part of 1Password, is looking for a hands‑on Senior Product Designer to shape complex cloud‑security workflows from discovery through delivery. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and global customers to turn technical access management concepts into simple, intuitive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the UX and UI of new and existing product areas, including ZSP and JIT access management features.
• Lead discovery, user research, usability testing, and data‑driven design iterations.
• Meet with global customers regularly to uncover pain points and validate designs.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI ready for sprint delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts.
• Contribute to and maintain the Apono Design System.
• Master AI tools that generate vibe‑coded prototypes on a regular basis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX, and UI excellence.
• Proven ability to simplify complex, data‑intensive workflows.
• Independent leadership of the full design process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
