Senior Mobile Product Designer

About the role

Riverside is building the tools creators use to tell their stories across Dashboard, Studio, Editor, and mobile. We need a senior designer who can see the system before the screen, anticipate downstream impacts, and move fast without sacrificing precision.

• Push the design system forward, not just apply existing components.
• Partner with product and engineering as an equal collaborator.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, critique work, share ideas, and raise overall quality.
• Report to a design‑focused manager who digs into details alongside you.
• Use research and data to sharpen instinct while maintaining design judgment.
• Raise the bar for craft across the team, making your standards the norm.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing shipped products, including mobile experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating range, judgment, and high‑quality execution.
• Fluency in systems thinking and interaction design, beyond visual design.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to disagree constructively.
• Collaborative mindset that improves teammates and welcomes better ideas.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, experimenting with new tools and sharing learnings.
• Ability to write and push code, prototype in code, and discuss implementation with engineers.
