Senior Marketing Designer

About the role

ScaleOps is looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to shape the visual language of its autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure platform. You will work across the website, brand, go‑to‑market assets and internal employer branding, translating complex technical concepts into clear, trustworthy designs for a highly technical audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve the company website, including core pages, campaign microsites and product launch experiences.
• Create go‑to‑market and sales collateral such as decks, one‑pagers, solution briefs, event graphics and social media assets.
• Own internal and employer‑branding design to support culture, hiring and employee communications.
• Research product, category and audience deeply to ensure designs reflect real technical understanding.
• Translate complex Kubernetes, cloud‑cost and autonomous‑infrastructure concepts into clear visual language.
• Partner with product marketing and engineering to capture accurate technical details.
• Help evolve the brand from early‑stage to category‑leader maturity by building a consistent design system, templates and reusable components.

Required profile

• Senior designer with a broad portfolio covering web, brand and go‑to‑market work.
• AI‑oriented mindset, using AI tools to accelerate and elevate design output.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple work streams reliably.
• Deep researcher who can absorb technical products and audiences, then create designs respected by expert buyers.
• Proactive self‑starter who drives research and brand advancement without waiting for direction.

Required skills

• Fluent in Figma, the core design tool and system.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
