Senior Field Operations Manager EMEA

About the role

Cato Networks, a converged network and security cloud provider, is looking for a Field Operations EMEA Manager to join its Revenue Operations team. The role partners with Sales leadership and executives to drive pipeline analysis, sales cadence, forecasting and productivity insights, helping optimize go-to-market processes and support data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the sales pipeline from leads through closed deals, prepare bookings reports, pipeline analyses and dashboards, and partner with sales managers on forecast calls.
• Support sales operating rhythms such as manager check-ins, weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews, and communicate findings to regional VPs and the executive team.
• Support regional budget planning, territory design, target setting and ramp-up planning, and evaluate sales capacity.
• Analyze key metrics such as pipeline generation, coverage, win rates, conversion rates, sales cycle length and retention, and recommend actions to improve productivity.
• Identify practical uses of AI and automation in sales operations, measure their impact and document effective workflows.
• Maintain dashboards and reports, validate AI-generated analyses against source data, and keep CRM data accurate and consistent.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Field/Sales Operations or a similar role in a B2B environment; SaaS or high-growth tech experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in business workflows, with concrete examples of use cases and results.
• Understanding of go-to-market strategy, B2B sales processes and basic financial principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation and data visualization skills, and high proficiency in spoken and written English.
