Senior Account Manager, Spanish Desk

About the role

eToro is seeking a Senior Account Manager for its Spanish Desk to provide trade and administrative support to global retail, corporate and institutional clients. The role combines client service, product promotion and high‑value client onboarding while working in a hybrid setting in Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via phone, email and WhatsApp, delivering service aligned with eToro’s culture and values.
• Maintain deep knowledge of stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds and commodities to support trading queries.
• Provide expertise on P&L, margin calculations, order types, charges and trade investigations.
• Promote eToro’s products and platforms through cross‑selling and respond to client inquiries.
• Onboard and retain high‑value clients, handling high‑severity cases and ensuring client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish and professional‑level English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles such as retention, sales or portfolio management.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and independent prioritisation skills.
• Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication.
