Sales Team Manager (B2C)

About the role

We are a fast‑moving team that helps individuals and companies combat online fraud through forensic investigation and legal action. We are looking for a Sales Team Manager to lead and expand our B2C sales function, working night‑shift hours aligned with US business time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
• Own the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close using our CRM.
• Set, monitor and report on team targets, KPIs and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate directly with company leadership on sales strategy and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or leading a B2C sales team.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours to match US time zones.
• Independent, results‑driven mindset with strong ownership.
• Experience selling to or working with US clients is a strong advantage.
