Sales Manager – Tech & Software Services

About the role

Gini-Apps is seeking an ambitious, tech‑savvy Sales Manager to drive business development and sales of our software development, outsourcing, and staff‑augmentation services. You will be responsible for opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning customer needs into successful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities across the technology sector.
• Generate leads independently through networking, outbound activities, partnerships and other channels.
• Sell software development, dedicated teams, and end‑to‑end project delivery services.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers, executives and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and present tailored technology solutions.
• Present Gini‑Apps’ capabilities and create customized proposals.
• Develop new sales channels, partnerships and strategic opportunities.
• Take ownership of revenue growth and help build a scalable sales operation.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in the technology or software industry.
• Experience selling software development, outsourcing, staff augmentation or IT services.
• Strong understanding of the Israeli technology and IT market with an established professional network.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, open doors and develop new business.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
