Sales Manager Team Lead – Mobile Advertising

About the role

Taptica, a global mobile advertising platform, is seeking a Sales Manager Team Lead to expand its international portfolio of app developers and mobile advertisers. The role combines hands‑on selling of user‑acquisition solutions with leadership of a growing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage high‑level relationships with mobile growth leaders, user‑acquisition managers, and performance‑marketing budget holders.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the sales team to achieve collective and individual revenue targets.
• Negotiate and close contracts for UA campaigns, focusing on CPI, CPA and ROAS metrics.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, outreach and strategic networking.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand budgets with existing key partners.
• Operate in a target‑driven environment, consistently exceeding measurable sales goals.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of B2B sales experience selling user‑acquisition or performance‑focused solutions in AdTech, DSP or mobile ad networks.
• Proven ability to secure large‑scale UA budgets and cultivate long‑term, high‑value partnerships.
• Self‑starter with a track record of exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
• Demonstrated success in upselling and expanding budgets within existing advertiser or app‑developer accounts.
• Prior experience as a UA/Performance Marketing Manager, mobile budget holder or within a mobile‑focused advertising agency.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong plus.
