Sales Director French Speaking Africa

About the role

Spacecom is seeking a Sales Director for French‑speaking African markets. Based in Ramat Gan, this full‑time position leads commercial activities for satellite‑based broadcast and broadband solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy, identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Manage key accounts, coordinate sales operations, forecast revenue and ensure high‑quality customer service with technical teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional partners, lead presentations and proposals, and represent Spacecom at industry events.
• Provide market insights to internal stakeholders to influence product, pricing and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven B2B technology or telecommunications sales experience with a track record of revenue growth and complex deal closure.
• Experience in sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting and process optimisation.
• Strong customer service and account‑management capabilities, with ability to maintain long‑term relationships.
• Team‑leadership experience, including cross‑functional initiative management and mentoring.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with satellite communications, media distribution or broadband services is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ramat Gan and travel frequently across French‑speaking African markets.
