About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with deep knowledge of the Israeli high‑tech sector to identify opportunities, build client relationships and drive the adoption of AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Israeli high‑tech industry.
Lead end‑to‑end sales processes from initial outreach through deal closure.
Sell professional services such as consulting, project‑based engagements and staffing solutions.
Collaborate with senior executives and key decision‑makers to generate business opportunities.
Build and expand new markets while maintaining long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Israeli high‑tech industry.
Proven track record of generating new business and managing sales cycles.
Experience selling professional services, including consulting and staffing.
Strong understanding of AI adoption processes and related business needs.
Excellent negotiation, communication skills and fluency in English.
