Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

HAAT is a fast‑growing delivery and quick‑commerce tech startup operating in more than 40 cities. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact with potential restaurant, grocery, café and retail partners in Tel Aviv, creating new business opportunities that fuel the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map prospective partners across the local hospitality and retail ecosystem.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls and other channels to generate interest.
• Understand each prospect’s needs and clearly present HAAT’s value proposition.
• Schedule high‑quality meetings for the sales team and keep lead information up to date in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and the Expansion team to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads and scheduled meetings.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in SDR, phone sales, appointment setting or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High energy, resilience and confidence when handling objections.
• Strong organizational abilities and a self‑motivated attitude.
• Desire to grow into Sales, Account Management or Business Development positions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Google Sheets for data tracking.
