Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

HAAT is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities in Tel Aviv. You will be the first point of contact with potential restaurant, grocery, café and retail partners, helping to expand HAAT’s fast‑growing delivery and quick‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map prospective partners across Tel Aviv’s hospitality and retail sectors.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls and other channels to generate interest.
• Understand each prospect’s needs and clearly present HAAT’s value proposition.
• Schedule high‑quality meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and keep follow‑up activities up to date.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Expansion team to build a healthy pipeline.
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads and scheduled meetings.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in SDR, phone sales, appointment setting or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High energy, resilience and confidence when handling objections.
• Strong organizational abilities and a self‑motivated work ethic.
• Passion for sales and a desire to grow into Account Management or Business Development.
• Bonus: familiarity with Tel Aviv’s restaurant, hospitality, retail or delivery ecosystem.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
