Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join a growing technology company operating in the energy sector. The role is hands‑on and field‑oriented, focusing on complex B2B sales to industrial customers and the development of distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end B2B sales processes with industrial and manufacturing customers, from lead generation to deal closing.
• Work directly with Operations, Infrastructure and Finance decision‑makers to build clear business and financial value propositions.
• Develop and manage distribution channels and business partners, conducting regular meetings across Israel.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, forecasts and targets using CRM systems.
• Identify new business opportunities, drive account growth and provide market feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of proven B2B field sales experience of complex products or solutions.
• Demonstrated success selling directly to industrial companies or manufacturing plants.
• Experience engaging senior Operations, Infrastructure or Finance stakeholders.
• Full mobility, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently across Israel.
• Very high level of English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for basic financial modelling.
