Sales Development Representative

About the role

Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career within the technology sector? We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities across recruitment, outsourcing, and cybersecurity services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients to understand their business needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for sales teams across different business units.
• Manage and follow up on inbound inquiries from potential customers.
• Conduct market research and identify key decision‑makers within target organisations.
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking through CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with CRM systems; familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
