Sales Account Manager – IT Hardware & Components

About the role

Novus is a global broker of IT hardware and electronic components, connecting Israeli buyers with worldwide inventory and vice‑versa. The company is looking for a Sales Account Manager to own and expand its Israeli customer base, serving OEMs, system integrators, resellers and enterprise buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new Israeli accounts through outbound prospecting, referrals and market intelligence.
• Manage and grow existing relationships, focusing on repeat business.
• Quote, negotiate and close deals on components, memory, storage and server hardware.
• Collaborate daily with the sourcing team to match customer requirements against global supply.
• Utilise the company’s CRM, ERP, AI tools and trading platforms to accelerate deals and maintain transparency.
• Keep customers informed on market pricing, allocation and lead‑time trends.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling electronic components, IT hardware or related products (strong advantage).
• Experience selling into OEM or manufacturing environments (strong advantage).
• Commercially sharp, persistent and results‑driven.
• High ethical standards – only sell what can be stood behind.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
