Research Assistant I

About the role

Certified Group is seeking a Research Assistant I to support project‑based laboratory studies such as shelf‑life, inoculated challenge, and process validation investigations. The role involves executing testing procedures in accordance with client proposals and internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all testing activities following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Accurately record, transcribe, and maintain data from analytical and microbiological assays.
• Collaborate with department members to achieve project milestones and operational efficiency.
• Identify and report any anomalous results to the Department Manager or Supervisor.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspection, and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Complete assigned training modules and stay current with new techniques and technologies.
