Red Team Member

About the role

Porsche Digital is looking for an experienced Red Team Operator to strengthen its offensive security capabilities. You will work within a multinational environment, helping to identify and mitigate security threats across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced penetration testing and simulated attacks on networks, systems, and infrastructure to uncover vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with other security teams to provide actionable remediation recommendations aligned with Porsche’s security strategy.
• Research and implement the latest attack techniques, tools, and methodologies to keep red‑team operations cutting‑edge.
• Mentor and train team members, enhancing overall security posture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in red‑team or offensive security roles.
• Fluent in English; Hebrew proficiency required, German a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, including trust relationships, GPO manipulation, relay attacks and Kerberos exploitation.
• Expertise in web application security and OWASP Top 10.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, network security and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience with OT and IoT security is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in penetration testing and threat simulation techniques.
