Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast‑growing automotive and mobility group. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partnering with hiring managers across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for 20+ open positions simultaneously.
• Recruit for diverse roles such as Customer Service, Finance, Drivers, IT, and Operations.
• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, social media platforms, and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Publish and maintain job postings across various recruitment channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and high energy.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools.
