Quality Control Specialist – Kfar Saba

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) specialist to join our team at the Primary Distribution Center in Kfar Saba. The role serves as the main point of contact for customer quality complaints and acts as the liaison between our organization and vendors. You will help maintain high standards of product quality across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints and act as the primary quality liaison to vendors.
• Manage and maintain the Quality Alert/Rating System, including training branch staff on quality assurance procedures.
• Analyze internal and external quality data at the Primary Distribution Center to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and sustain proactive relationships with the vendor’s quality organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 1–2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or supply chain.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and provide informal support to colleagues.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret partial or conflicting data and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for training and liaison activities.
