Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist will act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure product quality standards are met. This full‑time position is based at our Primary Distribution Center in Kfar Saba, Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints and serve as the main quality contact for vendors.
• Manage and maintain the Quality Alert/Rating System and deliver branch training on quality assurance procedures.
• Analyze internal and external quality data at the Primary Distribution Center level, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and sustain proactive relationships across the vendor’s quality organization.

Required profile

• Typically holds a 4‑year degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree with equivalent experience.
• Works under general supervision in an entry‑level professional capacity.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently, resolve key issues, and provide informal support to colleagues.

Required skills

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret quality data and trends.
• Effective communication skills for training and vendor liaison.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and alert/rating tools.
