Project Manager – Localization & Global Expansion

About the role

SeatPick is looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead its localization and geo‑expansion initiatives. You will work within the Global Expansion team, coordinating multiple markets and ensuring that all localized content meets brand, quality, and SEO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end localization projects across several international markets.
• Build, maintain, and own project plans, timelines, trackers, and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com or similar tools.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables between internal stakeholders, freelancers, and outsourced teams.
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain clear documentation and status updates for management visibility.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to scale operations efficiently.
• Champion AI‑first approaches for productivity, QA, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of project‑management experience, preferably in localization, content, or marketing projects.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage parallel workflows.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with project‑management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
• Comfort working with data, automation tools, and AI‑powered processes.
• Experience managing freelancers or outsourced international teams.
