About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager – Airborne Mission Systems to lead a multidisciplinary project in the field of maritime patrol and warfare aircraft. The role covers end‑to‑end management from contract signing through delivery, including technical, business and customer‑facing activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead development and integration of mission systems and weapon capabilities.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams across systems engineering, software, mechanics and hardware.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and external partners.
  • Plan and control project schedules, procurement, deliveries and project risks.
  • Conduct technical, business and customer‑facing activities, including international travel.

Required profile

  • B.Sc. in Engineering (mandatory).
  • Proven experience as an Engineering/Business Project Manager or Chief Engineer on development projects.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary and matrix teams.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
