Programmatic Account Manager – Publisher Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Programmatic Account Manager to join our growing AdTech team. You will act as the primary programmatic partner for direct publishers, helping them maximise revenue and optimise their inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with direct publishers and drive account growth.
• Analyse performance metrics (eCPM, fill rate, viewability, latency, revenue) and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Coordinate with demand partners, SSPs and internal product teams to maximise monetisation.
• Lead onboarding, technical integrations and ongoing operational support for new publishers.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations, Product, Engineering and Business Development to translate publisher needs into internal requirements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech or publisher monetisation.
• Proven track record managing relationships with publishers.
• Deep understanding of the sell‑side programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, ad exchanges).
• Strong grasp of yield metrics such as eCPM, fill rate, viewability and latency.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ad Manager or similar ad servers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.

• Supply‑Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand‑Side Platforms (DSPs).
• Real‑Time Bidding (RTB) and ad exchanges.
• Header bidding technologies.
• Key monetisation metrics: eCPM, fill rate, viewability, latency, revenue.
