Program Manager – Defense Technology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex defense technology programs from concept through delivery. The role bridges engineering, manufacturing, operations and customer management, ensuring multidisciplinary projects meet schedule, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs throughout their full lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across Engineering, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality.
• Manage production schedules, customer deliveries, budgets and program milestones.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders in Israel and internationally.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks and drive effective mitigation plans.
• Present program status, progress and key decisions to senior management and customers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects or programs.
• Experience with hardware‑based products, including manufacturing, assembly, integration and customer deliveries.
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Experience in the defense industry or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.
