Production & Procurement Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Production & Procurement Planner for our Aerospace division at the Modi'in site. You will support large‑scale UAV projects, coordinating across multiple functions to ensure timely delivery of advanced defense systems to customers in Israel and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of procurement and production activities for assigned projects.
• Open work orders, monitor their progress, and ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Manage material flow to production lines, warehouses, and other internal stakeholders.
• Control inventory levels, track shortages, and maintain adherence to work plans.
• Generate and analyse material and production reports, including periodic shortage reports.
• Synchronise activities across procurement, warehouse, quality, production, engineering and other interfaces.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience as a planner in an industrial environment with significant production volumes.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good level of English (advantageous).
• Strong teamwork, organisational abilities, high service orientation, assertiveness, and the capacity to work under pressure while multitasking.
