Procurement Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Procurement Partner to join Cellebrite’s Global Procurement team at our Kiryat Malachi operations site. The role will act as the procurement focal point for technology and hardware, collaborating closely with Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain, Integration, Quality and Product teams from concept through mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for electronics, PCB/PCBA, electromechanical assemblies, mechanical parts, cables, enclosures and contract manufacturing.
• Partner with Engineering and NPI early in new‑product introductions, influencing supplier selection, technology choices and sourcing strategy.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes, conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate commercial terms and select suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead times, MOQ, tooling, capacity and long‑term agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Drive cost‑reduction, value‑engineering and total‑cost‑of‑ownership initiatives together with Engineering, Operations and Finance.
• Support NPI programs from prototype through first‑article inspection, ramp‑up and serial production.
• Collaborate on engineering change orders, alternative materials and second‑source qualification.
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery and responsiveness, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and develop mitigation, alternative sourcing and business‑continuity plans.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in technology or hardware procurement.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, supply‑chain and finance teams.
• Track record of delivering cost‑reduction and supplier‑performance improvements.
• Experience managing RFQ/RFP cycles and supplier qualification.
