Playable Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Playable Operations Manager to own the day‑to‑day execution of our playable ads production team, Hermes. In this hands‑on role you will keep production stable, clear and moving, aligning teams, tasks and priorities from onboarding through delivery in a fast‑moving, AI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily execution flow of playable production, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Align production priorities, tasks and team effort with business needs and delivery commitments.
• Allocate daily tasks across Auditors, HTML5 developers and support functions based on workload and availability.
• Act as production gatekeeper, removing blockers and securing required inputs on time.
• Maintain operational visibility of status, ownership, deadlines, risks and blockers.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders to keep them aligned.
• Analyse production data to identify risks, recurring issues and areas needing attention.
• Identify friction points in the pipeline and propose practical improvements.
• Support adoption of new workflows, automation and internal tools.
• Coordinate onboarding and process alignment for new team members.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, project or production management.
• Proven track record managing day‑to‑day production flow across multiple teams.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a technical, AI‑driven environment.
• Data‑oriented mindset, able to work with reports, dashboards and operational insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana or Monday.com.
