About the role
Wolt Market is looking for motivated pickers to join its fast‑growing operation in Rehovot. You will be at the heart of order preparation, ensuring that every customer order is ready for courier pickup quickly and accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and pick orders through the Wolt app using a dedicated picking workflow.
- Collect, pack, and hand over products to customers and couriers.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Unpack and arrange stock as needed.
- Work in a dynamic, youthful environment with shifting priorities.
Required profile
- Proactive and service‑oriented attitude.
- Positive mindset suitable for a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) Monday‑Friday.
- Fluency in Hebrew is mandatory.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly wage of 38 ILS plus bonuses up to 6 ILS per hour.
- Flexible shift patterns (5/4 shifts per week, ~8 hours per shift).
