Petit Club Coordinator (M/W)

About the role

As a Petit Club Coordinator at Club Med Resorts, you will be the trusted point of contact for parents and the gentle guide for children aged 4 months to 2 years. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where young guests can explore, learn, and enjoy their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome families, build confidence with parents, and provide attentive care for infants and toddlers.
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate activities, workshops, games, stories, and songs.
• Ensure the safety of children within the Petit Club and during all resort excursions.
• Maintain strict compliance with Club Med hygiene, safety regulations, and asset‑preservation standards.
• Collaborate with the resort team to support overall guest satisfaction.
